This page records corrections to claims made on Season Color Test: what was wrong, what the page says now, and the evidence for the change. It is also the route for reporting an error you find.
Use the contact route with the correction topic and include three things: the URL of the page, the exact sentence or hex code you believe is wrong, and the source that shows what it should say. A palette report should quote the hex code and where it appears; a study report should give the DOI. We check the report against a source listed on the methodology page.
If the report holds, the page is corrected and a row is added below with the date and the evidence. If the claim cannot be settled from those sources, the page is reworded to say what is and is not known rather than replaced with a guess. Style changes that do not alter a claim are listed on the changelog instead.
