The 16-season page's contents list does not mention retests; the Pro page describes three retests combined into one consensus result. You want the season and a working palette without buying a report: 8 colors, 4 neutrals, what to avoid, makeup, hair and clothing notes, plus both neighboring seasons.
You want a wardrobe set rather than a palette: 36 colors with light and deep versions, jewelry metals, outfit contrast, a draping preview, three retests, and a PDF, wallet card and wallpaper.
You already use 16-season names, or you are between two 12-season variants and want the extra split: a type out of 16, 8 best and 8 skip drapes, and 36 colors.
None of the three replaces physical fabric against your face. If the decision is high-stakes, in-person draping is the method that uses the actual textile. The digital reports use sRGB hex codes, and dye, weave and screen calibration all change what you see.
The two reports are one-time payments through Dodo Payments, the merchant of record. There is no plan, no renewal date and nothing to cancel. The Pro report does not require an account: after payment you return to a private report link and can save it as a PDF. The Pro report can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase under the refund policy. The 16-season report is sold as one payment of $9.90 with no subscription.
The free quiz has no payment step, no account and no email capture. After 12 questions you get the full season result page; no payment is asked for at any point.
