The Pro report is a one-time digital purchase ($4.99 USD) processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

7-day refund

If the report isn't right for you, email billing@seasoncolortest.com within 7 days of purchase with your receipt or payment ID and we refund it in full to your original payment method through Dodo Payments.

Report didn't open?

Refresh your report page first: it re-checks your payment. If it still doesn't open, email us with your receipt and we will restore access or refund you.
